ESV.OKPEVA. U.  VICTOR. – B.Sc, ANIVS, RSV He is the Managing and Founding Partner of the firm.  He is a graduate of Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State in 1996.  He worked with DiyaFatimilehin& Company as a Valuation Surveyor and also; Head of Valuation Department of JideTaiwo& Company, Ikeja Branch Office for seven years.  He later joined Wale Aderibigbe& Company as a Partner in charge of Valuation.  He gained great experience from the wealth of experienced and seasoned estate surveyors for over 10 years before establishing the firm of VICTOR OKPEVA & COMPANY.

He is an Associate member of the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).  He is specialized in providing valuation services on properties, industrial premises, factories, plant and machinery, insurance valuation and related surveying services to both private and public organizations nationwide.

He is a versed and widely experienced Estate Surveyor and Valuer with experience cutting across all areas of the profession such as property management, sales, letting, facility management, project management, estate development, valuation and general consultancy. 

ESV.OGEDENGBE. S. PETER. B.SC, M.SC, ANIVS, RSV, PHD. He is a partner of the firm and heads the Oil and Gas Department as well as Government Business unit of the firm.

He is a doctorate degree holder in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, a registered member of the Nigeria institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV); and Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (RSV).

He has worked with many establishments both in the private and public sectors and his wealth of experience cuts across every aspect of the real estate industry. These include agency involving sales of assets of distressed banks under the instruction of NDIC, management of properties involving keeping of property records and administration of service charge accounts, execution of valuation brief on assets of individuals, companies and government organizations.

ESV. IBIDAPO OKEOWO – HND, ANIVS. Ibidapo joined the firm of Victor Okpeva and company in 2010 bringing a wealth of experience which he has applied to improve all aspects of service delivery for our clients. He is currently the partner in charge of Property Development and Management. Ibidapo has nearly 17 years of Estate Management experience working in senior positions with responsibilities for major business functions which includes Property management, Development and Property valuation.

He attended the Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management in 1995 and he was elected as an Associate member (ANIVS) of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) in 2004. His wealth of experience spans across reputable organizations like JideTaiwo and Company, DiyaFatimileyin and Company, Kunle Oshodi and Company, Bimbo Onisabi and Company and Teju Investment and Company Ltd.

ESV. OKPEVA SCHOLASTICA ADANMA-BSC EST. MGT.  (ANIVS) She is a Partner and currently the Head; Agency Department of the firm.  She is a 1998 graduate of Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She began her career work with the firm of Etudo& Company in 2000 and in 2003 joined Haven Estates Company as the Head of Agency Department.  She resigned to join Victor Okpeva & Company as Partner in 2009.

BIMA E. ISANG- HND EST. MGT. She is currently a valuation surveyor with the firm. She is a 2009 graduate of Estate Management from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu and had her primary assignment during the NYSC Scheme at the Ministry of Works, Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State in 2010 as an assistant site officer. She joined the firm of Victor Okpeva & Co; in May 2011.

OLALEKAN ADELEKE WILLIAMS, LL.B; B.L He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has wide range experience in legal practice covering solicitorship, company secretarial and administrative practice, real estate development and management.  Having gone through the will in legal practice, he has developed a flair for real estate administration, development and management because of his belief that it is a never ending frontier that will remain open for constant development for quality, quantity, and security. He is currently the Secretary, Legal Adviser and Director of Administration of the Company.

ESV. EMMANUEL O. OLADEPO (ANIVS) He is a Surveyor in charge of valuation execution in the Company.  He is a 1991 graduate of Urban & Regional Planning from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.  He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.  He had his

 NYSC scheme with the Ministry of Lands and Housing, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1992-1993.  He has also worked with SNC Lavalin Nigeria Ltd; an international multi-disciplinary firm as an Urban Planner in 1994/1995.  He joined NIYI OGUNTOLA & ASSOCIATES, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in January 1996 and later moved to BOYE KOMOLAFE & COMPANY also a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2003.  He joined our firm in 2010.

His experience cut across every department of the profession e.g. property agency involving sales of assets of distressed banks under the instruction of NDIC, management of properties involving keeping of property records and administration of service charge accounts, execution of valuation briefs on assets of individuals, companies and government organizations.
