We treat our clients’ express instructions to either acquire a property by way of outright purchase or disposal of a property by way of sale. The property may be a developed site, a bare site or assets/chattels. The activities here include sourcing for the property, verification of title documents, conducting of legal searches in government lands department, preparation of sales brochures, conducting of negotiation and documentation.
As property consultants, we receive and process instructions from clients to either lease out their property or source for a property for various purposes which could be residential, commercial or industrial. We analyze the request, negotiate the lease, including renewal, and the documentation on behalf of our client.
